AI/ML Specialists

We are looking for AI/ML Specialists to join our dynamic team at LeaderSol Technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Work with large datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Optimize algorithms for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and software developers to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Research and apply the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or other ML frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data preprocessing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment is a plus.
• Solid understanding of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
• Knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
