Procedure for Demanding
Refunds requests for acceptance must be submitted by sending us an email through our email. Requests submitted by any other means cannot be accepted or processed, whether direct communication with a team member or a private message from the forum.Mind Change
For a Change of Mind refund request to be considered, our Sales Department must obtain it within seven days of the date of purchase. When an appeal for a change of mind refund is granted, the applicant will pay a twenty percent processing charge to offset refunding bank transfers and time expended with the client project. Change of mind refunds occurs for single purchases only.Monthly Package Policy
It is easy to cancel Leadersol monthly plans at any time, and refunds may be sought using email or chat service. We will charge based on the day of the month and upon utilized operation hours.Reasons Not Eligible For Refund
In the following cases, Leadersol retains the right to refuse a refund:- Any approved product where they may be your web, logo design, you have directed to start development, or it has been developed. If a job is canceled or delayed, any monies charged will remain in Leadersol’s possession and, where appropriate, the user will be liable to pay the remaining charges
- When the company for which the logo or web design closes, it changes its identity or operations.
- If you do not contact Leadersol by any means after submitting logo design, web design, or web development.
- Before beginning the project, the client fails to deliver the required materials, photographs, or content.
