How Can We Help

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with LeaderSol. Can’t find your answer? Just reach out, we reply fast.

Your Website

Why not just build a Wix or WordPress site myself?

You can, in the same way you can buy a suit off the rack. It is quicker and cheaper on day one, and then you spend the next two years adjusting it. A builder site is slower, harder to rank and breaks when a plugin updates. We write the code for your business, so it fits, it loads fast and you never have to touch it. If the budget is small, our Instant Sites give you a hand-coded site for a monthly fee instead.

What is a PageSpeed score, and why do you guarantee it?

It is Google's own report on your website, scored out of 100 for speed, accessibility, best practice and SEO. A high score means visitors stay and Google ranks you higher. Every site we launch scores 90 or above, and we show you the report before go-live. Run your current site through Google PageSpeed Insights, then run ours, and compare.

Are the edits really unlimited?

Yes, for the pages you have. Text, photos, prices, a new section, a seasonal offer: send it over and it is done, with no invoice. Entirely new pages or large new features are quoted as a small fixed fee up front, and once they are live they are covered too.

Why is there no upfront cost on the monthly plans? Is there a minimum term?

Because hiding a good website behind a large invoice keeps most small businesses on bad ones. Monthly plans bundle design, build, hosting, SSL and edits into one fee, with a 12-month minimum term. If you would rather pay once, every plan has a one-off price as well.

Why does my website need to be accessible?

Around one in five people has a disability that affects how they use the web, and an inaccessible site quietly turns them away. In several countries it is also a legal risk. We build to WCAG 2.2 guidelines as standard and test with screen readers and colour-blindness tools. It costs you nothing extra.

What happens if I want to leave?

You take everything with you: the code, the design files, the domain and the accounts. We hand it over properly. People stay with us because the work is good, not because leaving is hard.

Getting Started

What does LeaderSol do?

Websites, online stores, mobile apps and custom software, plus the hosting, SEO and support that keep them working. One team handles the whole thing, so you have one person to call.

Which countries do you work with?

We are a remote-first company with clients in more than 20 countries, registered in the United States with our development centre in Lahore. We work in your time zone and in plain English.

How do I get started?

Send a few details through the Request a Quote form or contact us. We reply within one business day with next steps and, where we can, a first estimate. Most clients spend under an hour on the whole project.

Pricing and Timelines

How much will my project cost?

Websites and stores have fixed prices on the pricing page, monthly or one-off. Apps and custom software are scoped against a milestone plan, each milestone with its own price, so you always know what the next step costs. No hidden fees.

How long does a typical project take?

A business website usually goes live within 4 to 6 weeks. Online stores, web apps and mobile apps run 6 to 16 weeks depending on scope. You get a milestone schedule before we begin.

What are your payment terms?

Monthly plans are billed monthly with nothing up front. One-off projects work in milestones, with a deposit to begin and staged payments as work is delivered and approved. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, 2Checkout and Payoneer.

Working Together

Will I own the code and design?

Yes. On final payment, full ownership of the source code, designs and assets transfers to you, and we protect your idea under an NDA on request.

Can you work with my existing team or codebase?

Yes. We can extend your team with dedicated developers, pick up an existing project, or work alongside your in-house designers and stakeholders.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Edits, updates, hosting and support are part of every monthly plan, and Website Care plans cover sites and apps we did not build.

How do we communicate during the project?

One point of contact, regular progress updates over email, WhatsApp or video calls, and a working preview you can look at whenever you like. No jargon.
