What makes a website good, anyway?
It is not only how it looks. A good website is obvious. Someone should be able to land on it, glance for three seconds and know what you do, where you are and how to get in touch. Show it to a ten-year-old and they should be able to explain your business back to you.
It is also fast, works on a phone as well as a desktop, uses real photos of you and your team where possible, and reads like a person wrote it rather than a template. And it has a clear path: home, about, services, proof, contact. Every page we design has a job in that path.
Why we write the code ourselves
Every website is code, whether you see it or not. Page builders and drag-and-drop platforms generate thousands of lines of it that nobody asked for, which is why those sites feel sluggish and struggle to rank. A typical page we ship is a fraction of that size.
Writing it ourselves means we can say yes to almost anything you ask for, keep the site quick, and keep it secure, because there is no pile of plugins waiting to be exploited. It also means you cannot break it by accident, which brings us to the next point.
You will never need to touch it
Custom code is the best way to build a website and the hardest thing to edit yourself, so you do not have to. New photo, new price, new section: send it by email or WhatsApp and it is done. Edits and support are included in every monthly plan, and for one-off builds you can add a Website Care plan whenever you like.

Questions people ask us
How long does a website take?
Most business websites go live within four to six weeks of the first call. Larger sites and web apps take longer, and you get a milestone plan before we start so there are no surprises.
Do I have to write the content?
No. We write the copy from what you tell us on the call and in the questionnaire, and we source imagery. If you have brand guidelines, photos or existing text, we work those in.
Can I edit the site myself?
If you want to, yes: Business plans include a simple content management system for the parts you change often. Most clients prefer to send us the change and get on with their day.
What if I already have a domain and hosting?
We can move the site onto our hosting, which is included on monthly plans, or work with what you have. Either way we handle the technical side.
