Mobile App Development

iOS and Android apps built from one codebase, shipped to the stores and improved after launch.

Mobile App Development

Most app projects fail before they launch, not because the idea was bad, but because the scope kept growing and the budget ran out somewhere around version 0.8. We start by agreeing what the first release must do and, just as important, what it will not do.

Then we build it from one codebase for both iOS and Android, show you a working version every two weeks, and take it through App Store and Play submission ourselves. After launch we measure what people actually use and improve from there.

What you get

  • iOS and Android from one codebase (Flutter or React Native)
  • A first release scoped to what matters, then a roadmap
  • API and backend built or connected
  • App Store and Google Play submission handled

What’s included

Product discovery

What the app has to do for the user and for the business, agreed before any code.

Design and build

Screens designed for a thumb, built cross-platform or native, with the backend it needs.

Release and support

Store listings, review submissions and the fixes that come after real users arrive.

How we deliver

  1. 01
    Scope

The feature list for the first release, and the list of what waits for version two, so the budget stays honest.

  2. 02
    Prototype

A clickable version you can hand to real users before we build.

  3. 03
    Develop

Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, API integration and testing as we go.

  4. 04
    Ship

Submission to both stores, crash and usage monitoring, and quick fixes after launch.

Native or cross-platform?

For most business apps, one shared codebase for iOS and Android is the right call: half the cost, one team, features land on both platforms at the same time. We use Flutter or React Native for that. Where an app leans hard on device hardware or needs every last frame of performance, we build native. We will tell you which is right for yours.

Why the first release should be small

The apps that succeed are the ones that launch, get used and get improved. A first release with three features people love beats a delayed one with twelve they never asked for. Everything you cut from version one goes on the roadmap, and you decide its order once real users have told you what matters.

What happens after launch

Launch is the start. We monitor crashes and usage, ship fixes quickly, and handle the operating system updates that would otherwise break things. A monthly care plan keeps the app stable and the roadmap moving without a new project each time.

Best fit for

  • Founders validating an app idea
  • Businesses that need iOS and Android without two teams
  • Companies adding a mobile app to an existing product

Questions people ask us

How much does an app cost?

Our Mobile App MVP is a fixed one-off price for a scoped first release on iOS and Android, including a clickable prototype and store submission. Larger apps are quoted against a milestone plan.

How long does it take?

A focused first release is typically eight to sixteen weeks from scope to store, depending on the backend it needs.

Do I need a backend?

Most apps do, for accounts, content or payments. We build it or connect to what you already have, and you own it.

Will you publish it under my accounts?

Yes. The apps go live under your Apple and Google developer accounts, so you own the listings and the reviews.
