
Talent Depot is a nonprofit platform that connects people with opportunities — pairing talent, mentors and organisations around a shared social mission. It needed a platform that felt human and welcoming, not like a cold job board.
The challenge
Mission-driven platforms live or die on clarity. Visitors needed to understand instantly what the platform is for, who it helps, and how to take part — across several different audiences, without overwhelming any of them.
