On full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on a professional-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
