QA & Testing

Testing that finds the problems before your customers do, on real devices, every release.

QA & Testing

Every bug that reaches a customer costs more than the bug: a lost order, a support ticket, a one-star review that stays up for years. Most of them are avoidable, and most of them get through because nobody had the time to check properly before the release went out.

We become that check. Manual testing on the devices your customers actually use, automated tests for the paths that break most often, and bug reports so clear your developers spend their time fixing rather than guessing.

What you get

  • Manual testing on real phones and browsers
  • Automated regression for critical journeys
  • Release checklists and go or no-go calls
  • Clear bug reports with steps to reproduce

What’s included

Test plans

The journeys that matter most, on the devices and browsers that matter most.

Execution

Manual and automated runs timed to your release schedule.

Reporting

Every defect with severity, screenshots and exact steps to reproduce.

How we deliver

  1. 01
    Plan

Risk areas, device list and what "done" means for each release.

  2. 02
    Test

Exploratory and scripted passes every sprint.

  3. 03
    Automate

Regression tests for the checkout, the login, the things that must never break.

  4. 04
    Sign off

A release checklist and a straight recommendation: ship, or not yet.

Why developers should not test their own work

Not because they are careless, but because they know how it is supposed to work, so they use it the way it was meant to be used. Customers do not. An independent tester clicks the wrong thing, types the wrong thing and uses the old phone, which is exactly how the bugs get found.

Manual and automated, in the right places

Automation is brilliant for the same twenty steps run before every release: login, checkout, the forms that bring in money. It is poor at noticing that a button looks wrong on an iPhone SE. So we automate the repetitive paths and test by hand where judgement matters.

Reports developers actually thank you for

A bug report that says "checkout is broken" wastes an afternoon. Ours say which device, which browser, which step, what happened, what should have happened, with a screenshot. Fixes take minutes instead of hours.

Best fit for

  • Teams shipping too many production bugs
  • Products that must work across many devices
  • Sprints that need an independent second pair of eyes

Questions people ask us

Can you test a product we built elsewhere?

Yes. Most of our QA work is on products built by in-house teams or other agencies.

Do you test mobile apps as well as websites?

Yes, iOS and Android on real devices, plus web on the major browsers.

How do you fit into our sprints?

We join your sprint schedule, test each build as it lands, and give a go or no-go before release.

Is QA available on a monthly basis?

Yes. Most teams use a monthly capacity plan so testing is there for every release without a new quote each time.
