Custom services
Because our work is custom and delivered in milestones, payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel a project in progress, you are billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Deposits
Project deposits reserve our team’s time and cover initial discovery and planning. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Requesting a refund
