- A real weekly timetable — seven boxes, one session per line, ten minutes to re-cut
- Today's column highlights itself; an empty day says "rest day" rather than leaving a hole
- Classes show intensity, length AND class size — "max 12" is the whole proposition
- Free-trial form with a goal picker and how long they have been training
- Complete beginners are flagged in your dashboard, because they need a different call
- Coaches with their role and current qualifications
- Three membership tiers with the middle one highlighted
- Kit list with icons — platforms, bikes, bags, showers, parking
- Member quotes rather than before-and-after photos, deliberately
- Dark by default, and it becomes a proper light theme if you set a light background
- FAQ section that doubles as Google FAQ markup, plus ExerciseGym schema
- Right-to-left ready for Arabic, Urdu and Farsi content
- Zero third-party requests — no web fonts, no icon fonts, no CDN
About this design
A one-page site for gyms, studios, box gyms and personal trainers, and the first dark design in this catalogue. That is not a style choice for its own sake: a gym is a dark room with bright equipment in it, and every serious operator in the category is dark.
The timetable is the point. It is the most-visited part of any gym website and the fastest thing to go stale, so it is seven plain text boxes rather than sixty posts — one session per line, coach and note optional, and you can re-cut the whole week in ten minutes. Today's column highlights itself and a blank day reads as a rest day.
Every class shows its intensity, its length and its class size. "All levels" and "max 12" are the two phrases that actually get a nervous beginner to book, and the theme puts both on the card.
The trial form asks what they want and how long they have been training, and anyone who has never trained is flagged in your dashboard — because that person needs a completely different phone call from someone moving across from another gym. The confirmation email tells them exactly what will happen when they walk in, which is where most gym trials are actually lost.
One thing it deliberately does not include: anywhere to put before-and-after body photographs. They are the most common cause of complaints against gym advertising, several regulators restrict them, and they put off more beginners than they attract. There is a member-story section instead.
