What you get

  • Listings with the price set as the headline, and beds, baths, receptions and floor area on one line
  • Price qualifiers that work anywhere — guide price, offers over, POA, pcm
  • Sold and Let agreed render as results, not removals — a page of sold boards is your best advert
  • A valuation request with its own band and its own form, flagged separately in your inbox
  • Area guides with an average price and the source of that figure
  • Your team with the patch each one covers and a direct dial
  • A property search bar you can point at your own portal, or switch off
  • Track-record figures — percentage of asking achieved, days to sell, homes sold
  • Both forms feed one inbox with an unread count and no plugin
  • FAQ section that doubles as Google FAQ markup, plus RealEstateAgent schema
  • Choose your colours, letter-spacing and section order — no code, live preview
  • Right-to-left ready for Arabic, Urdu and Farsi content
  • Zero third-party requests — no web fonts, no icon fonts, no CDN

About this design

An editorial one-page site for estate agents, letting agents and property developers, built on one idea: an agency sells photographs, and everything else on the page is caption.

So this is the only design in the catalogue with no cards, no borders and no shadows. Structure comes from hairline rules and the edges of the images, the photography runs full width where it can, and the headings are set in light, widely spaced capitals — the property-brochure look, not a website look.

Listings put the price first and the specification underneath as a single quiet line. Price qualifiers are their own field, so "guide price", "offers over", "POA" and "pcm" all work. Sold and Let agreed are treated as results rather than something to delete, because a page of sold boards is the strongest advert an agency has.

The valuation request gets a full-width band and its own form, because for an agency it is not an enquiry — it is a potential instruction. Both forms feed one inbox, and the valuations are coloured in the list so nobody misses one.

Area guides carry an average price and, deliberately, the source of that figure. Your team carry the patch each person covers, which for an independent agency is the most useful thing a team page can say.
